Life with her famous sister has never been easy for the awkward and self-conscious Kiki, but it's about to get even harder since she's agreed to help Gwen and her estranged actor husband Eddie Thomas reunite for one last public appearance to promote their latest movie. Veteran press agent Lee Phillips, on the brink of being replaced by his younger protege, is put in charge of masterminding this highly anticipated event. With Kiki as his secret weapon, Lee just might make this weekend go off without a hitch. Having such an amazing cast, America's Sweethearts could have been way much better than it really was. A comedy about that plastic and bold relationship between the entertainment press, Hollywood stars and public in general. The plot could have offered so much more, since they had so much material to bring a pretty strong romantic comedy script. No matter what, the unique cast was able to make the film so enjoyable and worth to watch. Each one of the people involved shined in their own sphere with their professionalism. Billy Crystal was amazing! He stole the show with his hilarious role of the smart and ingenious agent who takes advantage of every single situation and turned them into publicity for the movie and projects. Even though I think it could be so much better, I totally recommend this film for a good and quiet movie night.
What did I like from this movie?
1. Billy Crystal was the bomb in this film, excellent!
2. Hank Azaria's role (Hector) was hilarious, his Spanish accent and the fight he has at the Hotel restaurant
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. The plot was too plastic and could have offered more strong material
I would rate this movie with a 3/5

Synopsis: Lieutenant Chris Burnett is a top naval aviator who is frustrated that fragile geo-politics have kept him from what he knows best: flying F/A-18 Superhornet jets into combat. "We're watching, not fighting," he tells Admiral Reigart, who thinks Burnett hasn't really learned what it means to be a soldier. During a routine reconnaissance mission, Burnett photographs something no one was meant to see and is shot down. Trapped behind enemy lines, Burnett struggles to survive the relentless pursuit of a ruthless secret police enforcer, a deadly tracker and countless hostile troops. With time running out, Reigart makes the wrenching decision to set aside the rules of the tightly-controlled world in which he operates and risk his career to launch a renegade rescue mission to save the life of one solider.
Starring: Owen Wilson, Gene Hackman, Gabriel Macht, Charles Malik Whitfield, Joaquim De Almeida
Directed by: John Moore, Steve M. Davison
U.S. Rating: PG-13
No matter what critics might say about this film, I personally believe that Behind Enemy Lines is such a great action movie. Unlikely other roles, Owen Wilson plays the role of the US F-15 combat pilot in Europe, while the U.S. was playing the role of observant in the peace negotiation process during the war in Bosnia. Gene Hackman's supporting role was a little bit over dramatic, but played with such great professionalism, as Hackman only knows how to play his roles. Owen Wilson, as the combat pilot is being shot and left behind enemy lines in a pretty hostile area and is forced to use all his training and senses to keep himself alive and safe from a complete army who's trying to chase him before he crosses the border and brings critical information captured in this war area. An intense war plot worth to watch. Totally recommended.
What did I like from this movie?
1. The scenes when they're flying the F-15 and the're trying to avoid the two missiles that have been shot after crossing the neutral area
2. The whole journey that he has to go through trying to keep himself safe and alive
3. The scenes when he gets to the town with the guys who gave him a lift and the army arrives with their tanks shooting against the buildings
4. The last scene when he's being rescued, good action scenes
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. Gene Hackman's performance look a little bit over dramatic, especially when he's giving some of those Hollywood patriotic images
I would rate this movie with a 4/5

This remake of the original movie played by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin is one of my top favorite movies of all time. Ocean's Eleven has it all. A great cast and such an amazing plot! I never, ever get tired of watching this movie. I enjoy it every single time as it would be the first time watching it. George Clooney and Brad Pitt make the perfect match for this film. The supporting team is more than perfect for their roles and the plot is great, keeping you guessing, thinking about all their options and possible situations, trying to discover what really happened and how they got it so perfectly well. I totally recommend this movie for absolutely anyone who wants to enjoy a very entertaining movie.
What did I like from this movie?
1. The Mormon brothers from Utah, so funny and annoying!
2. The plot and suspense about the way they planned and succeeded with their plan
3. Andy Garcia played along with Julia Roberts (I'm not a good fan of her) really good supporting roles
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. Nothing! I'm so into these kind of great movies that keep your attention and imagination so alive
I would rate this movie with a 4/5

Synopsis: Chief Inspector Lee of the Hong Kong Police and LAPD detective James Carter go to Hong Kong on a much needed vacation. Carter is looking forward to discovering the city for the first time. But when they arrive, they discover a bomb has exploded in the American Embassy, killing two U.S. customs agents who had been investigating a counterfeiting ring. The Hong Kong police suspect that Triad crime lord Ricky Tan is behind the blast. Inspector Lee is assigned to crack the case, much to the chagrin of Carter who is annoyed as he feels his vacation slipping away. But for Lee the case is personal -- Tan was once his father's police partner and played a direct role in his death. The two cops set off in pursuit of Tan, but this time around it is Detective Carter who is a fish out of water and Lee now has the chance to teach him some lessons. But of course, as the pair chase Tan from Hong Kong to Los Angeles and beyond, Carter has a few things to teach the locals as well.

One of my top favorite movies of ALL times! I believe I forgot the number of times I've watched this movie, and never get tired of it! I remember that a week before this movie came to the movie theaters in the U.S., I went to Las Vegas for few days. I had such a great time and so much fun there, taking lots of pictures and videos of all the attractions and hotels. I remember the moment when I stopped at the Desert Inn (aka “Red Dragon Casino” in this movie) and I saw that it had some kind of fire explosion at the top floor, it was all covered in black smoke an the hotel remained closed. I didn't know what happened there and didn't want to take pictures of it. It would have been such a really cool thing to remember. Anyway, I know that many people don't like Jackie Chan's movies just because of the whole martial arts and fight scenes. In this sequel, Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan make the perfect match. Such an excellent plot with an excellent cast. Going from Hong Kong, to Los Angeles and ending in Las Vegas, this movie brings all kind of crazy and hilarious situations mixed with lots of action and fighting scenes. 100% recommended!
What did I like from this movie?
1. The complete scene when Chris Tucker is lost in Hong Kong trying to find the Massage Palace and had to buy a chicken alive because the lady wanted to kill it in front of him
2. The moment when he takes a cab and follows the members of the mafia, but he tries to talk with the taxi driver, thinking that he doesn't understand him... "I'm gonna slap you!"... hilarious!
3. The scene when they're tied to the truck via Las Vegas and Jackie Chan is trying to take the tied robs out of his hands, really funny too
4. The whole situation at the karaoke bar, when this Chinese guy is singing a classic of MJ and Chris Tucker takes the stage and mic to sing that song
5. The bloopers at the end of the movie... hilarious!
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. What I didn't like was that we had to wait almost 6 years for a new sequel!
I would rate this movie with a 5/5

I still remember many, many years ago when I was a kid and followed Planets of the Apes on TV. It was one of those great TV series, even though I was just a kid. On this new remake with Mark Wahlberg of the original movie from 1968, we can enjoy of an entertaining plot, a professional cast and amazing make-up. This movie face critics from all aspects, the lack of professionalism from the cast, some of the roles in this movie received awards as the worst act supporting roles. Even though, it's a movie that I personally enjoyed and never get tired of watch it when it's on TV.
What did I like from this movie?
1. The make-up is amazing. I was worth of a Saturn Award, but it seems that wasn't good enough to get on the precious list of the Oscar Awards.
2. The plot was a entertaining. I never watched the original movie from 1968, but it is definitely on on my list. Personally, never expected the end, when Mark returns to our planet and finds that it has turned in something else than what we could expect.
What did I like from this movie?
1. I personally agree with most of the critics. The support roles (supporting actor and actress) were really boring, with nothing to offer.
I would rate this movie with a 3/5

A really entertaining movie that shows both sides of any rock star wannabe. The dark and wild side of fame with all its effects and influences (drugs, sex, irresponsible behavior, etc), and the bright side of any person who persues his or her dreams and grabs those unique opportunities received in our lives, along with those opportunities to recognize those values and things that really matters in our lives. Mark Wahlberg plays an excelent role as the rock star wannabe and Jennifer Aniston as his loyal sweetheart who stays with him along the way and different stages in his professional and personal life.

What did I like from this movie?
1. I knew Mark Wahlberg was part of the New Kids on the Block crew, being brother of one of the members of this group, but I never expected that he could sing as good as he sang on this movie.
2. The funny side of the story, when his brother critized him for being a rock star wannabe but he loved Air Supply! A cop calling his mom to defend him from his younger brother, or when he was rejected on social events, like the parties after the concerts.
3. How good this plot described both extreme sides of life and success, the dark and wild side of success and fame and the bright side of personal recognition on those things that really matters in life.
