Trailers of the Month

Here's the new movie trailer for Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel's latest film, Life as we know it. A romantic drama/comedy film to be released this next Christmas Season. I really enjoyed the trailer, it seems to offer a really good script and plot for the perfect time of the year.

Synopsis: Holly Berenson is an up-and-coming caterer and Eric Messer is a promising network sports director. After a disastrous first date, the only thing they have in common is their dislike for each other and their love for their goddaughter, Sophie. But when they suddenly become all Sophie has in the world, Holly and Eric are forced to put their differences aside. Juggling career ambitions and competing social calendars, they'll have to find some common ground while living under one roof.

Lionsgate has released the new movie trailer for the upcoming horror film, The Last Exorcism. I'm not a big fan of these horror/evil films and it's hard for me to feel motivated to even watch them, but I know there are lots of people out there that might be interested in watching this upcoming film.

Synopsis: When he arrives on the rural Louisiana farm of Louis Sweetzer, the Reverend Cotton Marcus expects to perform just another routine "exorcism" on a disturbed religious fanatic. An earnest fundamentalist, Sweetzer has contacted the charismatic preacher as a last resort, certain his teenage daughter Nell is possessed by a demon who must be exorcized before their terrifying ordeal ends in unimaginable tragedy. Buckling under the weight of his conscience after years of parting desperate believers with their money, Cotton and his crew plan to film a confessionary documentary of this, his last exorcism. But upon arriving at the already blood drenched family farm, it is soon clear that nothing could have prepared him for the true evil he encounters there. Now, too late to turn back, Reverend Marcus' own beliefs are shaken to the core when he and his crew must find a way to save Nell - and themselves - before it is too late.

A new and extended movie trailer for Michael Cera's latest film, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, has been released. An action comedy to be released this Summer. I really enjoyed the trailer and I believe it will be such a pretty funny film! By the way, it has a really good cast!

Synopsis: Scott Pilgrim has never had a problem getting a girlfriend. It's getting rid of them that proves difficult. From the girl who kicked his heart's ass -- and now is back in town -- to the teenage distraction he's trying to shake when Ramona rollerblades into his world, love hasn't been easy. He soon discovers, however, his new crush has the most unusual baggage of all: a nefarious league of exes controls her love life and will do whatever it takes to eliminate him as a suitor.

As Scott gets closer to Ramona, he must face an increasingly vicious rogues' gallery from her past -- from infamous skateboarders to vegan rock stars and fearsome identical twins. And if he hopes to win his true love, he must vanquish them all before it really is game over.

Movie Trailer: You Again

Walt Disney Pictures has released the new trailer for the upcoming comedy film, You Again. Starring Kristen Bell, Sigourney Weaver, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kristin Chenoweth and Odette Yustman. With such an amazing cast, and what seems to be a pretty good plot, I believe You Again will bring some really good laughs to the big screen. Can't wait for this one!

Synopsis: Successful PR pro Marni heads home for her older brother's wedding and discovers that he's marrying her high school arch nemesis, who's conveniently forgotten all the rotten things she did so many years ago. Then the bride's jet-setting aunt bursts in and Marni's not-so-jet-setting mom comes face to face with her own high school rival.

Universal Pictures has released the new movie trailer for the upcoming film, Nanny McPhee Returns. I haven't watched any of the previous films, but I'm pretty sure it will be a good option for kids and parents this next Summer 2010.

Synopsis: In the latest installment, Nanny McPhee appears at the door of a harried young mother, Mrs. Isabel Green, who is trying to run the family farm while her husband is away at war. But once she's arrived, Nanny McPhee discovers that Mrs. Green's children are fighting a war of their own against two spoiled city cousins who have just moved in and refuse to leave. Relying on everything from a flying motorcycle and a statue that comes to life to a tree-climbing piglet and a baby elephant who turns up in the oddest places, Nanny McPhee uses her magic to teach her mischievous charges five new lessons.

Universal Pictures has released the new movie trailer for Matt Daemon & Emily Blunt's latest film, The Adjustment Bureau. A different kind of film for Matt Daemon, since it's not one of those amazing action/thriller films we've been used to watch within the last few years. The Adjustment Bureau brings an excellent cast and a great romantic, sci-fi/thriller plot to the big screen this next Fall 2010.

Synopsis: On the brink of winning a seat in the U.S. Senate, ambitious politician David Norris meets beautiful contemporary ballet dancer Elise Sellas -- a woman like none he's ever known. But just as he realizes he's falling for her, mysterious men conspire to keep the two apart. David learns he is up against the agents of Fate itself -- the men of The Adjustment Bureau -- who will do everything in their considerable power to prevent David and Elise from being together. In the face of overwhelming odds, he must either let her go and accept a predetermined path... or risk everything to defy Fate and be with her.

Here's the new movie trailer for the upcoming documentary, Countdown to Zero. A new documentary about the threat of weapons of mass destruction, especially, nuclear weapons. With the appearance of several important world leaders, it seems to be an interesting documentary worth to watch.

Synopsis: During the Cold War, nothing loomed as large in the public mind as the bomb. When the Soviet Empire collapsed, the bomb became a symbol of another era. Naively we felt the danger had passed. In recent years, the threat of nuclear proliferation has grown more urgent, and the political will to eliminate nuclear weapons is greater than ever in our history. We have now entered a second nuclear age. Nuclear weapons have proliferated to nine nations, and that number could continue to grow, as over 40 nations have the technical capacity to construct nuclear weapons. Terrorists are actively seeking nuclear weapons and fissile material, not to use as political leverage, but rather as tools of mass destruction. Equally as great a threat is human error; the possibility of an accident increases every day.

Paramount Pictures has released the first teaser/trailer for the upcoming film, Super 8. Directed by J.J. Abrams and produced by Steven Spielberg, we must expect an amazing blockbuster this next Summer 2011. Super 8 will be one of the top films in my "must watch" list for 2011!

Warner Brothers has released a new movie trailer for Leonardo Di Caprio latest film, Inception. Even though it is the second movie trailer, it hasn't revealed much about its plot and visual content. The important thing to say is that the few scenes and content I've seen so far are impressive! A city that is bending in half?! Can't wait to watch this one!

Synopsis: Warner Bros. presents the new film by THE DARK KNIGHT's Christopher Nolan, this one taking on a sci-fi psychological spin for the serious-minded action auteur. Leonardo DiCaprio spearheads the cast while Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ken Watanabe, Marion Cotillard, Cillian Murphy, and Ellen Page round out the supporting roles.

Here's the new movie trailer for Zac Efron's latest film, Charlie St. Cloud. Starring Zac Efron, Amanda Crew, Charlie Tahan, Kim Basinger and Ray Liotta. This drama/romance film will be released this next Fall 2010. It seems to be really worth to watch.

But his bright future is cut short when a tragedy strikes and takes his dreams with it.
