Synopsis: Meet Ralph Kramden--a man of vision, taste, and refinement. Now, if he can just get the rest of the world to see it. By day, Ralph's an ordinary New York City bus driver. But in his off-hours, he's an innovator, an inventor, an entrepreneur who's just one great idea away from instant wealth. (Unfortunately for Ralph, none of those ideas has yet panned out.) His best friend (and neighbor) is Ed Norton, who's always up for the latest plan. Wherever Ralph goes, no matter how harebrained the idea, Ed's ready to run down the fire escape and lend a hand. These two dreamers believe they're taking their families to the next level, but Ralph's wife, Alice, has set her sights on a more practical goal: buying a duplex fixer-upper with Ed and his wife, Trixie. When Ralph loses their down payment on yet another of his half-baked projects, Alice is at the end of her rope, giving Ralph just one day to come up with the cash and save their marriage.
Starring: Cedric The Entertainer, Mike Epps, Regina Hall, Gabrielle Union, Jon Polito
Directed by: John Schultz
U.S. Rating: PG-13
I enjoy the humor of Cedric The Entertainer and Mike Epps. It was exciting to see them being co-stars in this movie, even though, the plot wasn't as good as expected. They made it anyway, they played their roles the best they know how to do it, and it worked in some way. There are some funny scenes and situations on this movie that will let you enjoy it and have a good time. Cedric The Entertainer plays the role of the funky bus driver with these entrepreneur ideas that never work and his best friend (Mike Epps) that is always there for him no matter how crazy or nonsense might sound the business idea. Having some other good supporting roles, this plot helps you to relax and have a good time. Even though, believe... it's not as good as expected, one of those movies hat will make you laugh tonight, but you won't remember anything about the movie the morning after. If you want to ave some laughs, it's worth to watch.
What did I like from this movie?
1. The moment when they're walking with the metal detector on the park and Cedric The Entertainer steps on a $20 bill without noticing while he's trying to find metal or something valuable to get some money out of it
2. The whole situation with the dog, being such a lazy whenever he is at the race field
3. The dog trainer, this guy played a funny role, the crazy neurotic guy that does a little bit of "everything"
4. The way they sell the wagon for only $20000 when it was worth millions
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. It could have been a bit funnier and offer more material that would help us to remember the movie few days later
I would rate this movie with a 3/5
