Dimension Films has released the second movie trailer for the upcoming film, Scream 4. Starring Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Hayden Panettiere and Rory Culkin.
Synopsis: Ten years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer.
