A really funny and entertaining kids movie. G-Force brings a fresh mix of a traditional military/special force action movie with the friendly and fun image of Guinea Pigs & Hamsters that are not just well and highly trained, but can talk! G-Force offers a high quality image and effects, with a good plot, it's a great family movie. There's no doubt that kids will love this movie. I've heard and read some critics about this movie, which express that it is a silly and slighly cheezy movie, not counting that it is conceived for kids! Of course it needs to be a silly and cheezy action movie! It's not about Tom Cruise or Vin Diesel, it's about some Guinea Pigs for crying out loud! By the way, the image quality is impressive! These Guinea Pigs look more real than some humans in this movie! Totally recommended!

What did I like from this movie?

1. Really enjoyed the image quality. As said, the Guinea Pigs look more real than humans in this movie!
2. The whole scene with the electronic goods coming to life and fighting against humans and Guinea Pigs, really great effects
3. There were some few funny scenes and comments
4. Definitely, my two top favorite characters in this movie: Agent Mooch (the fly) and the Hamster from the Pet Shop
5. The soundtrack, really good!

What did I dislike from this movie?

1. The voices of Penelope Cruz and Nicolas Cage were not the best for these characters, my personal opinion

I would rate this movie with a 4/5

  3. Julia likes guinea pigs so we'll probably get this once it comes out on DVD. Thanks for the review because I wanted to know how this one was.

  4. Yes, I think it is more than ok for kids to watch this movie. It has few action scenes, but it's a "toaster" fighting against a Guinea Pig, or a dog being a threaten to one of them... scenes like that.
