I think there must be a limit for dumb parody movies. Since movies like Not Another Teen Movie and Scary Movie, the most recent parody movies... Date Movie, Disaster Movie, Epic Movie, Superhero Movie, etc., have dropped its quality to simply taking some famous scenes from few movies, add some bathroom humor, sexual references, and they bring 90 minutes to the big screen full of dumb and empty material. Dance Flick brings a parody of few famous dance movies... Save The Last Dance, Hairspray and Step Up, trying to make a funny plot with the dumbest jokes ever and really bad actors and actresses. There were some few funny scenes at the beginning of the movie that helped me get the sense or idea that it could be actually an entertaining movie, but honestly, it wasn't at all. I think that it's time for the Wayans brothers to see that their time is over for these dumb parody movies, if they ever want to be taken seriously.
What did I like from this movie?
1. Just a very few funny scenes at the beginning of the movie
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. Too much dumb material for this film
2. The cast sucked, really bad actors/actresses
I would rate this movie with a 2/5

Enjoy it!... Watch it!
The preview for this made me laugh every time, but I don't think i really want to watch it. Thanks for your review!
This movie trailer is one of those that shows all the funny parts of the movie, it leaves nothing for the movie.
I also liked the content of the trailer, but I believe the trailer is funnier than the movie.
