Synopsis: It's been three years since Danny Ocean, and his crew--fronted by detail man, Rusty Ryan, up-and-coming pickpocket Linus Caldwell, explosives expert Basher Tarr, and safecracker Frank Catton--pulled off one of the most audacious and lucrative heists in history, robbing ruthless entrepreneur Terry Benedict of every dime stored in his impenetrable Las Vegas vault. After splitting the $160 million take, each one of the infamous Ocean's crew has tried to go straight, lay low and have a legit life, but that's proven to be a challenge--much to the chagrin of Danny's wife Tess. When someone breaks rule number one and rats them out to Benedict, going straight is no longer an option; he wants his $160 million back--with interest, or else. And as the gang quickly discovers, Benedict isn't the only powerful person in the world looking for Ocean's Eleven.
Starring: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia
Directed by: Steven Soderbergh
U.S. Rating: PG-13
Danny Ocean and his gang are back! The guys worked on such a master plan on the first movie, stealing $160 million and splitting the money on equal parts. They have gone wild with it, spending it until the last penny. Well, it's payback time. Terry Benedict has hunted everyone of them down and is forcing them to pay him the $160 million back, plus interests. They decide to work on a new master plan to get the money and pay their debt, but the only problem is that they need to find new victims, this time, in Europe. I believe this sequel wasn't as good as the first one, but I still enjoyed so, but so much the plot. There were some funny scenes, a really good master plan to get the money back and keep the pride of being the best ones in their business. As a fan of this Ocean's franchise, I personally recommend it to everyone who enjoyed the first one.
What did I like from this movie?
1. The first part of the movie, when Terry Benedict starts chasing and finding every one of the members of the gang, really funny!
2. I really enjoyed Matt Daemon's role in this movie, he had a more relevant role than in the first movie
3. The way they play the french guy and steel the egg, such a master plan!
What did I dislike from this movie?
1. I personally believe that Julia Roberts was out of place in this movie. She didn't look good in some of the scenes, especially in the hotel and after they leave the jail. Maybe because of her pregnancy, even though, women always look really cute pregnant
2. I didn't like at all the scene of Julia Roberts being Julia Roberts, it feels like they ran out of good ideas in this part of the movie. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't enjoy this part of the movie
I would rate this movie with a 3/5
