Here's another upcoming interesting documentary that will hit theaters sometime this year, Something Ventured. Within the last months, we've seen some different documentaries about economics and all about the economy meltdown, but this documentary will bring a pretty interesting and different point of view of economy, venture and investments. I'll be looking for this one!

Synopsis: Behind some of the world's most revolutionary technology companies are a handful of men who saw opportunity where others did not. All of them were backing and building companies before the term "venture capital" had been coined. These companies led to the birth of biotechnology, microprocessors, personal computers and the internet. Here, we take a look at the dramatic ups and downs as well as backroom dramas of such revolutionary technology companies as Apple, Intel, Atari and Cisco to name a few.

Here's the movie trailer for the upcoming documentary?... I'd call it a reality show, Make Believe. It is about a group of teens from around the world competing for the title of World Best Teen Magician in Las Vegas. Not my type of documentaries to go and watch on the big screen, but obviously, I wanted to post it for your consideration :)

Magnolia Pictures released this last week Square Grouper: The Godfathers of Ganja, an interesting documentary about Miami's pot smuggling scene of the 1970s, populated with redneck pirates, a ganja-smoking church, and the longest serving marijuana prisoner in American history.

Synopsis: In 1979, the US Customs Service reported that 87% of all marijuana seizures in the US were made in the South Florida area. Due to the region's 5,000 miles of coast and coastal waterways and close proximity to the Caribbean and Latin America, South Florida was a pot smuggler's paradise. In sharp contrast to the brazenly violent cocaine cowboys of the 1980's, Miami's marijuana smugglers were cooler, calmer, and for the most part, nonviolent. The new movie trailer for Heather Graham's latest film, Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer, has been released. I'm a fan of Heather Graham. I find her a really entertaining actress, so I expect her to do a good job on this foolish role as a baby sitter.

The latest remake of the famous tale of The Three Musketeers will be released this next Fall 2011. Summit Entertainment recently released the first movie trailer and to be honest, I'm pretty excited for this remake. It looks a great action-packed film with such an amazing cast. Let's see if it finally delivers the entertainment expected.

The first full movie trailer for the first Avengers film has been released. Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer for the upcoming action film, Captain America: The First Avenger. Starring Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Tommy Lee Jones and Stanley Tucci. I'm more than convinced that this film will deliver the best of the best.

Synopsis: Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull.

Sony Pictures has released the movie trailer for the new documentary, The Greatest Movie Ever Sold. From the director of Super Size Me, we'll enjoy a new adventure on how companies work on product placement and advertising their brands on films. Good documentary to keep in mind!
